Chopin Residue Live in London.

Chopin Residue takes the music of Fryderyk Chopin through a carefully controlled process of mechanical deconstruction. The piano is removed; what remains becomes raw material for new music that moves between experimental electronics, ambient guitar work, free improvisation and post-jazz.

The double album was released by The Black Element Label and Cleopatra Records with 25 guests, among them Lee Ranaldo, Jim O'Rourke, Fennesz and Gail Ann Dorsey. At Cadogan Hall the material is performed live for the first time in the UK, by an eight-piece band with special guest Leszek Możdżer, as part of Polish Jazz Festival 2026.
